-Fixed a bug where Wraith Heart spike can spawn duplicated boomerangs when it gets destroyed.

-Fixed a bug where PBoN’s hyper armor state goes on forever.

-Changed PBoN's AI behavior to be more aggressive about using the meteor pattern and bullet spawning pattern.
